Are you looking for an efficient way to recycle your wooden pallets, slats, beams, crates or fragile materials? The Dutch Shredder Company (DSC) has developed a completely new shredder line that allows you to do this in a cost-effective way. Our Python series is unique and modular. There are two different types of machines. Depending on the input size of the material to be processed and the desired fraction, the Python series can be used either separately or in combination (2-step reduction).

1. Python palletbreaker

This machine is a pre-crusher which processes wooden pallets etc. into manageable pieces. The processing capacity of normal pallets is up to 50 pieces per hour. The machine is available in two different input widths, namely 1300 mm and 1600 mm. ( 2000 mm optional). The volume reduction of pallets is enormous. This can be up to 80% volume reduction.Do you want an even more efficient reduction? Then you have the option of placing the Python-G(rinder) directly behind the Python pre-crusher.

2. Python-G(rinder)
The grinder is placed directly under the output side of the Python so that the machine combination is in an L shape. By using this grinder, the pieces coming from the Python (pre-crusher) are further ground into wood chips. The size of these wood chips can be determined by fitting different types of sieves. These are available in 25, 30, 40 and 50 mm. The fraction is fed outside the machine with an (optional) discharge belt and can be directly de-ironed (nails) with an (optional) magnet system. The chips are excellently suited for, among other things, combustion in a wood chip stove for the heating of, for example, a house or workshop.
